Using fresh milk and cream from Bates Dairy’s Local Farms and real Italian flavours sourced from Palermo in Sicily where our staff attended a Master Class at the Elenka Academy of Excellence in the art of making real Italian Gelato.
Our artisan ice cream is made fresh on site by our highly trained staff for you to experience over 30 flavours including Nutella, Snickers, Rum & Raisin, Toblerone, Kinder Bueno, Vanilla, Ferrero Rocher, Bubble-gum, Amaretto & Cherry, Sticky Toffee Fudge, Belgian Chocolate, Mango, Cappuccino, Honeycomb, Mint Choc Crisp, Strawberry, Oreo’s Cookies & Cream, Raspberry Ripple, New York Cheesecake, Cherry Cheesecake, Lemon Cheesecake, Baileys, Lotus Biscoff and a wide range of Sorbets & Vegan Alternatives.
