Marine Lake Bridge
The Marine Lake Bridge offered an important
link between The Promenade and the Sea Wall for much of the last
centaury and its closure during the 1990's saw the culmination of
years of neglect.
In this picture you can see the Old Marine
Parade Bridge with the Pier in the background and the Pier
Pavilion.
Silcock's Funland now stands on the site of
the old Pavilion.
